The wellbeing and safety of our customers, our audiences and of course our team of performers are of the utmost importance in these unprecedented times, that's why we've put together a comprehensive ‘Covid-19 Safe’ Policy to enable you to book one or more of our shows with complete confidence.

 

SOCIAL DISTANCING

Should social distancing measures still be a legal requirement through our touring season 2021/22 or on the date of your performance, we will offer the option of two shorter shows, performed back-to-back for the price of one or four shorter shows performed on the same day for the price of two. This is to allow you to reduce and socially distance your audience safely so that everyone can still enjoy some much-needed festive fun! If by the date of your show, social distancing rules are no longer a requirement of the Government, the option of two shorter shows may no longer be available.

 

IF GOVERNMENT ISSUE A NATIONAL LOCKDOWN

When you book a Chaplins pantomime we will contract you to secure your date(s) and show(s), as usual, with our standard terms and conditions and cancellation policy. However, if a national lockdown is issued by the government, forcing schools and venues to close on the date/s of your performance/s, there will be no payment needed from yourselves at that time – we will simply re-arrange your show(s) to a later date or alternatively to the following festive season. If this is not possible, deposits will be refunded and there will be no charge for the show(s) at all.

 

The above will of course be included as part of the terms and conditions on your Chaplins contract.
